The fuel decree was approved yesterday in the House and today it will pass in the Senate, apparently without problems. It has undergone some modifications but has maintained the original layout, even with a “structural” novelty: excise duties on fuels become “mobile”that is, they will be modulated in order to keep the revenue unchanged for the state, instead of following the price trend.
