The “State forecast budget for the financial year 2023 and multi-year budget for the three-year period 2023-2025”, published last December 29 in the Official Gazette, envisaged, among other things, a series of interventions intended for the world of work, approved with Maneuver 2023: ranging from a one-off bonus for civil servants to facilitations for the hiring of women and young people, up to those for the hiring of those receiving the Citizenship Income. The sum of these interventions can bring an advantage to companies that hire under 36s and disadvantaged women of up to 8 thousand euros of annual contribution discount, as calculated by the Study Foundation of Labor Consultants, at the request of Sole24Ore, for savings between 400 and 600 euros per month.
