Emiliano multiplies the places again and invents the Bif&st Foundation

After the Pugliese Acqueduct Foundation, heralded from the rooftops and never built (presidency ensured by the former mayor of Bari, Simeone Di Cagno Abbrescia), the governor Michele Emiliano go from water to cinema. And he brings out that Bif&st which, according to him, is blocked by fear of the leaders of the Region. Emiliano recalled that Bari has important ambitions as a city of culture, the whole Region is making progress.
