Ferrari will propose to shareholders the distribution of a dividend of 1.810 euros per ordinary share, 33% more than the previous year. Overall, around 329 million euros will be distributed. The distribution will be subject to its approval by the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for next April 14th. If the proposal is approved, the coupon detachment date is set for April 24, the dividend receipt date is April 25 (for ordinary shares traded both in Italy and on the NYSE in the United States) and the dividend payment date on May 5th.

After all, Ferrari’s financial results are in double digits, the order book is in fact covered up to 2024 and the lockdowns in China do not impact deliveries, so much so that CEO Benedetto Vigna said he was enthusiastic three weeks ago: These data lay the foundations for an even stronger 2023, fueled by persistently high demand for our products around the world. And the estimates for 2023 are revised upwards. La Rossa di Maranello, controlled by Exor, closed 2022 with a net profit of 939 million euros, up 13% compared to a year ago while net revenues rose by 19.3% to 5.095 billion euros. Car deliveries also rose by 18.5% to be precise, to 13,221 units. These data lay the foundations for an even stronger 2023, fueled by persistently high demand for our products around the world, commented Vigna.
