Deloitte will make 4,500 hires in 12 months. Pompeii confirmed to the guide

Deloitte confirms Fabio Pompei as CEO for Italy, Greece and Malta for another 4 years, after announcing that the last fiscal year (which ended at the end of May 2023) closed with revenues up 23%, to 1,318 million euros, compared to the previous year. Since the arrival of Pompeii in 2019, the company’s revenues in Italy have increased by 75%, while the number of workers has doubled, from 6,000 to 12,000.

The expansion of activities and employment perimeter will continue also this year. Over the next 12 months, the company expects to hire approximately 4,500 people.

For the future, the manager announces that in his new four-year mandate he plans to “invest in the introduction of new talent and professionals with the aim of meeting the great challenges for society and for businesses such as artificial intelligence, the fight against climate change and the achievement of the objectives of the PNRR”.

Just to mention a few major projects for the next fiscal year, there are Deloitte Climate & Sustainability, MiCo and investment in the South. In this regard, over 450 new hires are expected in Bari for the Next Hub, the project aimed at talents, graduates and graduates and graduates who want to contribute to the digital transformation of our country. In Naples, on the other hand, the collaboration with the Federico II University continues with the Digita Academy and Operation Talents. Among Deloitti’s priorities there are also the four-year partnership with the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation, the San Bartolomeo project, launched in Rome by the Gemelli Isola Tiberina Hospital, in collaboration with the Community of Sant’Egidio and with Deloitte and the Deloitte Foundation to expand and facilitate access to health services for people with particular frailties.
