“Delmastro is coming and I’m leaving”. The protest of Pd, left and greens in the Justice Commission

ROME – Pd and Avs still against Delmastro. He arrives at the Justice Commission, and Pd and Avs slam the door. It happened again last night. His political case is always open. The Cospito affair has never closed. And in the Chamber, where the commission had been unexpectedly convened to vote again on the Def after the defeat of the government in the chamber, the dispute is staged for the umpteenth time.

The Democratic Party is still protesting against the Melonian undersecretary of Justice, and with him Avs, because they never swallowed his behavior on Cospito. One by one they slammed the door Devis Dori of Avs and the group leader of the Dems Federico Gianassisummoned to express a new opinion on the change to the Def after the majority had gone down in the classroom.

The accusation is always the same, Delmastro cannot represent the government until his case is definitively clarified. A situation that is also putting the ministry of justice and the positions of the three undersecretaries in crisis, because the deputy minister Francesco Paolo Sisto of Forza Italia and Andrea Ostellari of the League can no longer run from one commission to another. But the Democratic Party and Avs do not accept compromises.
