Dazn, the new season ticket prices and the agreement with TivùSat: this is where the matches will be watched

If the auction of TV rights for next season is still nebulous, the certainty is that in the 2023/24 championship Serie A will still be seen entirely on Dazn (Sky has three games left to share). And the Ott platform announces a strengthening plan that starts from the partnership agreement with TV Sat, the free satellite platform present throughout the territory. TivùSat users with Dazn subscriptions will therefore be able to access live and on-demand content with Zona Dazn on channel 214, as is already the case for those with a Sky decoder: they will therefore be able to follow the 7 exclusive Serie A matches of Dazn but also La Liga and the other original content. “We are expanding the ways of accessing our service to make the premium content we broadcast increasingly reachable,” he explains Stefano Azzi, CEO of Dazn Italy.

Dazn’s investments

The agreement with TivùSat is part of a plan to strengthen Dazn which includes technological investments to upgrade Dazn Edge, its proprietary transmission infrastructure, to further stabilize the signal. Dazn will also intervene on the territory to enhance coverage in Sardinia and the interconnection in the main Italian Internet Exchanges to improve the connection even with small providers.

The new prices of Dazn and the annual pass

How much will it cost to watch football on TV? Dazn launches the annual pass: a subscription valid for 12 months, payable in a single solution, with a substantial discount.

The Standard package, by purchasing the annual pass, will cost 299 euros (the equivalent of 24.91 euros per month) to be paid in a single solution. The same Standard profile with the monthly plan will cost 40.99 euros/month (an increase of one euro compared to last season). By subscribing to an annual plan with payment in 12 installments, the cost is 30.99 euros per month. With the Standard plan you can register up to 6 devices on the Dazn App and view the contents on two of them but only if connected to the same network. The package gives access to Serie A, Serie B, Liga, Europa League, the best of the Conference League, the English cups (Fa Cup and Carabaco Cup) the women’s Champions League, as well as basketball (Serie A, Euroleague, Eurocup), Nfl , boxing and Eurosport channels HD 1 and HD 2.

To see Dazn on two devices connected to different networks, a Plus subscription is always required (which also allows you to register up to 7 devices): with the new annual pass it costs 449 euros per month to be paid in a single solution (the equivalent of 37.41 euros per month). The monthly plan, on the other hand, will cost 55.99 euros (also in this case there is an increase of one euro), while with the annual plan but with payment in 12 installments, you pay 45.99 euros per month.

Then there is the Start plan, which does not include big football: the annual pass costs 89.99 euros, the monthly plan 13.99 euros, the annual plan with payment in 12 installments 9.99 euros per month.
