Corporate intertwining with Meloni’s mother, Apollonj Ghetti defends himself

Contrary to what is falsely written on page 22 of the insert “Longform La Sfavorita”, published on 14 May 2023 in the newspaper La Repubblica, it is not true that Luca Maria Apollonj Ghetti was a member, let alone a founding member of the Società Tuscia Romana, nor of Società Consulting & Trading Srl and it is also not true that Luca Maria Apollonj Ghetti would have told journalists that he had no memories of those years, having, on the other hand, affirmed with certainty that he had never had any relationship with the Tuscia Company Romana, nor much less, with Consulting & Trasding Srl, a company totally unrelated to the latter
Luca Maria Apollonj Ghetti has never been a partner nor, much less, a founding partner of Società Tuscia Romana, nor of Consulting & Trading, as documented by the Business Register and, in particular, by the Official Archive of the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Crafts and Agriculture.
The statement according to which Luca Maria Apollonj Ghetti is a founding member of the Roman Tuscia Society does not correspond to the truth and, moreover, constitutes an affirmation harmful to the dignity of the latter above all due to the context in which this affirmation appears to have been inserted, context, lo it is reiterated, ambiguous, allusive, insinuating or suggestive, and therefore suitable for generating in the reader’s mind the conviction of the effective correspondence to the truth of the narrated facts.

Republic’s reply

Dr. Luca Maria Apollonj Ghetti owned shares in “Tuscia Romana srl” and told this newspaper that he did not have clear memories of the affair.
Two circumstances that Repubblica, after having verified every single fact revealed in the investigation “La Sfavorita” on the omissions in Giorgia Meloni’s autobiography, can reiterate as it possesses the deed of incorporation of Tuscia Romana (repertoire number 2723 – deed number 1395) , signed on 11 June 1980 at number 20 in Piazza Adriana in front of the notary Massimo Maria Panvini Rosati and deposited at the headquarters of the Rome Chamber of Commerce. The deed in question states that engineer Francesco Saverio Buzi and doctor Luca Maria Apollonj Ghetti set up a company “called “Tuscia Romana – limited liability company” with headquarters in Rome and offices currently in via Monte Zebio number 28″.

The share capital “is subscribed for ten million lire by Francesco Saverio Buzi, and for ten million lire by Luca Maria Apollonj Ghetti”.
A second notarial deed dated July 3, 1992 shows that Tuscia Romana “changes the company name” to Consulting & Trading srl under the presidency of Mr. Raffaele Matano, at the center of the network of companies involving Giorgia Meloni’s mother, Anna Paratore.
Interviewed months before the publication of the investigation, Dr. Apollonj Ghetti first claimed to have poor memories (“Damn. How did it come back up? I had really forgotten about it”), then went on to explain: “Buzi asked me if I could enter it too , perhaps because my father had studied all of Tuscia a bit … so perhaps my surname said something, if I really have to tell you the truth, I don’t remember”.
Dr. Apollonj Ghetti was therefore offered more time to verify the facts presented by us and in a second interview the latter explained that the shareholder, Buzi, would also have a “vague memory of Matano (Raffaele ed), but is unable to remembering what it had to do with the Roman Tuscia that it instead remembers”.
