Market rigging and seizure of purchase bills

Petrol in self mode has already exceeded 1.8 per liter – argued the president of the association, Carlo Rienzi -, while diesel in served mode has broken through the threshold of 2 euros per litre. But international oil prices are down and in no way justify the trend in pump prices, net of the rise in excise duties. For this reason we present a complaint, asking to turn on a beacon on the possible case of market manipulation and to seize the fuel purchase notes directly with the oil companies, to verify the reasons for these increases at the pump. According to Codacons calculations, only as a result of the return of excise duties to their original state, the average expenditure of a family for supplies in 2023 will increase by 366 euros. To these must be added the indirect effects of inflation and the cascade of price increases on the rates of transported products and services.
