Corporate governance, yes of course. Giorgia Meloni said explicitly in Parliament, the Ministry of Economic Development will become the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. But which companies? Small business, mini business; those of artisan manufacturing. Those of the “small is beautiful” of the eighties of the last century, a slogan that has become very vintage with globalization? Or the dynamic, pocket-sized multinationals? Or – again – the big ones, or what remains (little) of private Italian capitalism of international size?
