“An important milestone made possible also thanks to the reopening of the Gaglianico (Biella) factory of CCH CircularPET, a pole of excellence in innovation and environmental sustainability, with pioneering technologies in Europe. From a bottling plant abandoned a few months ago it has been reconverted into a state-of-the-art plant for processing recycled PET and, with an investment of over 30 million euros, the hub is now an innovative 18,000 m plant2 capable of transforming up to 30,000 tons of PET per year into new bottles in 100% recycled PET”, explain the top management of the company in a note.

Alongside this, a collaboration has also been launched with Coripet, the voluntary non-profit consortium recognized by the Ministry of the Environment, and IED – Istituto Europeo di Design to involve young designers in a path dedicated to sustainability.
