Today Grillo is also a well-paid consultant of the M5S, therefore it is legitimate to ask for corrections, clarifications. After two days therefore, albeit with the surreal and mocking tone that distinguishes his interventions, the founder returns to resize his appeal to the citizenship brigades “with the balaclava”.
In a short video posted on social media, he jokes: “Please stop, it was a boutade. But is it possible that you take everything seriously? Even the newspapers exaggerated a bit. Stop because I have received some dramatic news, really. A 74-year-old retired plumber was spotted fixing six manhole covers at night in a balaclava. Stop. A 64-year-old Albanian with a trowel fixed eight sidewalks overnight in a balaclava. It can’t go on like this. Stop”.
