The shareholders’ meeting of the Stretto di Messina company has appointed the new board of directors and approved the new statute. Pietro Ciucci as managing director and Giuseppe Recchi as president have been designated. Eleonora Mariani, Ida Nicotra and Giacomo Francesco Saccomanno make up the board. In the past, CEO Ciucci held the position of president of Anas and was managing director of the old company Stretto di Messina, established in 1981 and dismantled in 2013. The president Giuseppe Recchi was president of Telecom Italia.
