Incentives coming for the scrapping of petrol and diesel. The government will decide on a new package of benefits by the end of April given the unused resources for electricity incentives. Urso then made it clear that the government intends to replace the high-emission fleet. So focus on the scrapping of euro 0, euro 1, euro 2 or euro 3 cars which should be included in the new incentives. We are talking about over 11 million vehicles out of a fleet of 40 million. This scenario is expected the subsidized purchase of petrol and diesel cars in the 61-135 g/km range of emissions with the scrapping of the 1-3 euro.

For the minister, given the need to prepare a remodulation of the incentives, the next step will be the comparison with the trade associations. Anfia, the acronym that brings together companies in the automotive sector, aims to keep the Euro 4 within the new package. On the plate there would be the 250 million left over from the 2022 eco-bonus, of which 127 million linked to pure electricity. For Anfia, incentives for electricity remain strategic, so much so that the organization had proposed raising the contribution to between 7 and 8 thousand euros from the current 5 thousand, if it is scrapped, and from 3 thousand without scrapping.
