Seven hundred and fifty hires, in Bari, in the next five years. Profiles browsed by Capgemini, present in fifty countries and which boasts around twenty offices in Italy with 8,700 employees, are among the most diverse: recent graduates in economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics and physics, graduates with training in computer science, professionals with already five years of experience behind them in specialized fields such as Crm Microsoft and Salesforce, Erp Dynamics and Sap, data & analytics, Cloud and DevOps, software development. Moreover, the company’s entrepreneurial philosophy is based on a flexible model that allows employees to combine professional performance, teamwork and a good balance – as Ceresani points out – between personal life and life in the company.
