Btp Italia, the new issue in March: it will be the 19th
The Ministry of Economy and Finance has announced that a new issue of the BTP Italia will be held from Monday 6 to Thursday 9 March 2023, the government bond indexed to the national inflation rate designed for individual savers. This is the 19th issue of this fortunate type of bond presented to the public of savers for the first time in 2012. The last bond of this type, the BTP Italia launched in November 2022, raised around 12 billion euros, confirming the interest of these instruments among the public of savers and the families to whom they are addressed. The minimum guaranteed interest was 1.6%, to which must be added the revaluation of principal and interest due to indexation to the Italian inflation rate.
