Bridge over the Strait, the decree begins its process in Parliament: the hearings are underway

The approval process of the Strait Bridge decree launched in the Council of Ministers has begun on the proposal of Matteo Salvini who has the delegation to Infrastructures. Rather than relaunching the bridge project, the decree revives the bandwagon of the company “Ponte sul Strait of Messina” with one hundred employees, board of directors and even a commission of super experts. The economic part is missing, i.e. the 10 billion euros necessary for the construction of the work: but by putting the old company back on track which was by now in liquidation, the contracts with the Salini group, which had won the tender, could also revive in 2010 and since then started a 700 million euro litigation.
