Public enemy number one of the Five Stars ready to run for the Superior Council of the Judiciary. Among the names for a candidacy for the CSM there is also Lorenzo Borr, the lawyer who has linked his name in recent years to the lawsuits brought by starry expellees against the Movement. Roman, passionate about literature and mountaineering, Borr was above all an activist of the first hour of the M5S and – after a phase of detachment – he was at the forefront of various lawsuits against the starred summits. From the first mass expulsions at the time of the directory to the latest case in Naples, which forced the Movement to a second vote on the statute and leadership of Giuseppe Conte. Now the lawyer is attempting the path of candidacy for the CSM, a candidacy that passes through the halls of Parliament, and is destined to cross the paths of the lawyer and the Movement again.

Parliament will choose the lay members of the CSM on December 13th. On the basis of the reform promoted by the former Minister of Justice Marta Cartabia, the number of members of the body increased from 24 to 30 and the “lay” members, ie those chosen by parliament, are now ten.
