The Solferino-San Marco real estate complex changes ownership again. The Allianz insurance group would have bought some spaces near the headquarters of Blackstone for around 200 million Corriere della Sera. According to Il Sole 24 Ore, the group would have acquired a portion of the area of about 34 thousand square meters and more precisely the spaces occupied by CDP, WeWork and the Bper branch. There is talk of a real estate complex that will remain in the Delphine fund, managed by the Kryalos company which today has 11.5 billion euros of properties under management. The operation would in fact have resulted in a sale of shares in the Milanese fund between Blackstone and Allianz.

This is a change of ownership that comes after another real estate revolution of the complex, i.e. the repurchase at a price of 59.9 million euros by RCS Mediagroup of the building in Via Solferino, the historic site of the Corriere della Sera. The headquarters of the newspaper had been sold in 2013 to the US Blackstone fund and in November 2018 an arbitration had been established with the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan. A story that ended with an agreement whereby RCS, in addition to the repurchase of the historic headquarters, agreed to pay a contribution of 10 million euros for the expenses incurred by Blackstone.
