Bibbiano, Renzi posts Meloni’s photo on social media

“I have a question for Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni: what time do you intend to apologize for the looting of Bibbiano four years ago?”. With a photo posted on Instagram, Matteo Renzi goes on the attack. And he reopens a theme that justice has in fact overturned: Bibbiano and his scandals. Scandals which, at least as regards the psychotherapist Claudio Foti, ended with an acquittal.

Many have shot at Bibbiano over the years. Starting with Luigi Di Maio, former leader of the 5 Stars: “I don’t want to have anything to do with the Democratic Party that takes children from families with electroshock to sell them,” he said in July 2019. A few days later, the time by Matteo Salvini: «Justice and truth. I’m ready to give my life to bring those children torn from their families back home.” And Meloni, still in October 2022: «No more Bibbiano cases. We will limit the excess of discretion in juvenile justice”.
