The system has 7 holdings: here is the diagram of the company and holdings attributable to the Knight and his children. Four are attributable to Silvio Berlusconi with an overall share of 61.21%, while the other three see the participation of their five children with the following shares: Marina and Piersilvio with 7.65% respectively in holdings 4 and 5; Barbara, and Luigi and Eleonora with an overall share of 21.42% in holding 14.
