Berlusconi acquitted with the singer Apicella in a section of the Ruby ter

The court of Rome has acquitted, with the full formula “because the fact does not exist”, the former prime minister Silvio Berlusconi from the charge of corruption in one of the strands of the Ruby ter case. The judges also dropped the charges for the singer and his friend Mariano Apicella. The two were accused of corruption in relation to the Neapolitan singer’s false testimony regarding the parties organized in Arcore.
