Foreign investment in Italy has doubled in the last two years, but above all the idea that people have of the country abroad has changed, while the shortening of the global chain offers new advantages. This is what emerges from the EY (Ernst & Young) Europe Attractiveness Survey 2023, the annual research on foreign direct investments and the perceptions of investors, institutional representatives and local and international opinion leaders that the Sheet is able to anticipate. The result denies the pauperistic readings prevailing in the media-political circus. No triumphalism, just whining.
