The most frequent complaint about the return of the Fornero law is this: I don’t want to wait i 67 years of age to retire; today there are the “quotas” for which in 2022 I can retire if I have jointly reached 64 years of age and 38 years of contributions, if tomorrow they remove the quotas I will have to wait for 67 years. From 1 January 2023 to the end of the experimental quotas (but it is known that in Italy the temporary becomes permanent), the main retirement channels would again be two:
