Signed the renewal of the contracts of the workers of Aia, of the Veronesi group. The renewal of the second-level supplementary contract for the three-year period 2023-2025, intended for around 5,500 people who work every day at the poultry sector sites. The details of the agreement focus in particular on 3 areas: the definition of the performance bonus thanks to forms of equal involvement of the workers, the study of structured and shared paths for the stabilization of personnel hired on temporary contracts, the valorisation of Equal Opportunities.

As regards the bonus, the maximum amount available to each worker of 6,750 euros upon achieving 100% of the objectives set and shared with the trade union parties (2,200 euros in 2023, 2,250 euros in 2024, 2,300 in 2025). ). Thanks to the welfare plan and the dedicated Veroneasy life platform, each worker will have the opportunity to convert the tax-free value of the bonus – all or part of it – into the purchase of goods or services ranging from health care to education, sport and free time up to shopping and petrol vouchers.

With regard to the stabilization of precarious personnel, the agreement clearly establishes the requirements for permanent employment, with particular reference to the actual number of days worked.
