Agenzia del Demanio, from 2021 to today 130 new interventions for 1.9 billion for urban redevelopment works

ROME – To make known that often unknown treasure that is the state real estate L’State Property Agency presented its first Annual Report “Italy and its assets: the real estate assets of the State at the service of the public administration, territories, citizens and businesses” in the Sala della Regina of Palazzo Montecitorio. The Director of the State Property Agency, Alessandra dal Verme recounted a strategic industrial plan 2022-2026 which foresees investments of 5.5 billion euros by 2026of which 2.1 billion to be implemented and 3.4 billion euros to start up, redeveloping at least 5 million square feet of real estate.
