The production bonus for EssilorLuxottica employees rises to over 3,800 euros gross, exceeding the 4,100 euros net (equal to about two salaries more) in the event that the employee decides to convert the amount into welfare goods and services. The national and territorial union representatives communicated it after a meeting with the company.
Calculation method
The award was assessed using the indicators of Essilux’s consolidated financial statements and sustainability and the additional components linked to individual performance. From the meeting between the Rsu of Fitctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil with the representatives of the state company agreed on the 2022 final result bonus. The trade union organizations express full satisfaction with the results obtained and with the award, the highest ever – they write in a note – which recognizes the workers’ contribution to the company’s success.
Incentive system for employees
EssilorLuxottica will redistribute a total value of 32 million euros among the group’s Italian employees, up 17% on last year, also thanks to an increasingly inclusive incentive and calculation system. According to the OOSS this phase represents the beginning of the bargaining season second level and show appreciation for the strong orientation demonstrated innovation and experimentation even in the factory on issues such as work-life balance and safeguarding the excellence and competitiveness of Italian businesses.
