The first-level contract has been renewed for the workers of Stellantis, Cnh Industrial, Iveco and Ferrari who, since 2011, no longer apply the metalworkers’ contract. The new contract has a four-year term for the regulatory part and two-year term for the economic one. In the first two years of application of the CCSL 2023-2026, an economic increase of more than 11% is expected, equal to 207 euros gross. This sum is staggered as follows: starting from the first useful month, March 2023, the increase on the minimum will be 6.5% equal to an average increase of 119 euros (relative to inflation in 2022 which is added to the 2% already disbursed in the last year) and for the second year in January 2024 an increase of 4.5% is expected, equal to 87.8 euros. Both parties – underlined Giuseppe Manca, HR Manager for Stellantis Italia – have shown an equal commitment to reaching an agreement in the spirit of union relations based on participation which have already characterized the three previous four-year application of the CCSL.
