Crdit Agricole Italia employees will have a company bonus of approximately € 1,700. The agreement relating to 2022 was signed by Fabi and the other trade unions with the top management of the bank on Friday 21 October. The economic recognition, which has amounts that vary on the basis of the job qualifications of the staff, will be paid in June 2023. The average of 1,700 euros refers, with respect to the positions of the national collective bargaining agreement, to the third professional area, third level of remuneration.

Welfare and fringe benefits

In the welfare component, the system already planned for this year will be confirmed, with further improvements and with the possibility of accessing on-demand agreements, shopping vouchers for food, fuel, shopping, travel and leisure. These vouchers can also be used within the limit set year by year by the government for fringe benefits, that is to say for the payment of bills and utilities, as soon as the regulatory framework in force from time to time is defined.
