Mobilizing 111 billion euros of resources in three years between supported investments, supported projects and guaranteed liquidity, serving 65,000 small and medium-sized enterprises. this is one of the main objectives of the Insieme 2025 industrial plan of Sace, an insurance-financial group controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The objectives of the plan are: to guarantee greater resilience to the national economic fabric, relaunch competitiveness on foreign markets and consolidate growth on the domestic market.

Export: 30% more contracts and investments

Support for exports and internationalization will also be strengthened. In particular, the industrial plan aims for growth in the three-year period 2023-2025 of over 30% of the volumes of insured contracts and guaranteed investments in this area, equal to around 49 billion euro. Sace intends to guarantee greater support to Italian companies both in diversifying the reference markets and in securing the supply chain. Particular attention will be given to support in non-traditional geographies but with a high potential for Italian exports such as, for example, South-East Asia, Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa, and to support innovative and sustainable sectors, explains the group in a note.

Focus on sustainability

In choosing investments, more and more attention will be given to sustainability, introducing assessments and impact measurements in all company decisions and processes, and supporting the acceleration of the sustainable evolution of companies. The commitment in the ESG area which will also be affirmed in the internal management of the company, with attention to the well-being of the community (from work-life balance to diversity&inclusion) and to the socio-environmental impacts associated with work (from energy saving to mobility management ), underlines Sace.
