Technology as a tool for sustainability. This is the theme at the center of the debate which will be held on 6 March, from 4 to 6.30 pm, at the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome, organized by EY Foundation Onlus to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the foundation. An opportunity to explore the correlation between digital transformation and sustainable development together with representatives of the third sector, the university world and companies, with an eye to the future towards young people and society. The research will be presented during the event “Digital Sustainability IndexTM extension (DiSITM extension) Young – Digital sustainability for young people”with Digital Sustainability Foundation.

The purpose of the survey is to analyze the role of technology as a tool for sustainability in the perception of young people in 5 European countries (Italy, France, Germany, Poland and Spain). From 2012 the EY Foundation Onlus deals with projects (over 100 projects completed, 2800 volunteers involved) mainly aimed at young people intent on achieving professional training goals or called to face a path of illness or post-hospital or social hardship.

Through EY Ripples, the EY Foundation promotes corporate volunteering initiatives through which all EY people can make their skills available pro-bono in favor of the community, talent development and solidarity, all during working hours.
