Ultras of the Red Star in Rome, ambush the Giallorossi fans – Calcio

ROME – An ambush. Studied, premeditated, very effective. Ultraviolence struck yesterday in Rome, a stone’s throw from the Olympic stadium, after the match between Rome and Empoli. A group of ultras from the Red Star, who came from Belgrade on purpose, surprised the Roma supporters organized in Piazza Mancini. The 50 Serbs, dressed in black – by now the standard outfit of the far-right international ultras – and twinned with the organized supporters of the Naples, attacked the Fedayeen group of the southern curve of the Olimpico. Effective aggression, with rods and sticks, in which a bag with all the historical banners of the group was taken away from the Roma fans. A surprising and totally unpredictable ambush, very difficult to explain even for those who investigate.
