The judgments issued by public opinion are quick, final, and know no contradiction. Yet a state of law is such precisely when the publicity of judicial documents does not turn into entertainment

In a few days, by popular acclaim, the Juventus leaders were accused, tried and convicted. The company, again by popular acclaim, was fined, penalized, demoted and finally disbarred. We are at the umpteenth episode of a media justice that doesn’t give anyone discounts.
