The TV series for the weekend: “The Watcher”, “Candy” and “Babylon Berlin 4”

Not even time to celebrate the success of Dahmerthe most watched series on Netflix these days, which Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan land on the platform with a new title. The plot: Dean and Nora Brannock blew their bank account to buy a house in Westfield, New Jersey. They never did. After the initial hostility of some neighbors, the Brennocks begin to receive anonymous and very unfriendly letters, signed “the Watcher” (the Observer). The series is taken from a true story and inspired by an article published by Reeves Wiedeman on the New York Magazine. The cast is top notch: Naomi Watts, Bobby Cannavale, Mia Farrow and Margo Martindale.
