After the week of future champions in Milan that ended last night with the triumph of the American Brandon Nakashima in the NextGen Atp Finals, here is that of the Masters in Turin. PalaAlpitour, for the second consecutive year, hosts the Nitto Atp Finals, starting today and which will elect the new champion on Sunday 20 November. New because the defending champion, Alexander Zverev, has been stopped since May after a serious injury at Roland Garros and will not be there. Unlike last year, when there were Berrettini among the “owners” and Sinner among the reserves (and after Matteo’s injury Jannik took over), there will be no Italians, but the show is guaranteed anyway.

The formula

Eight champions, two groups of four and the first phase that will last until Friday. Two singles and two doubles a day, divided into two sessions: the daytime one starts at 11.30 with the double (singles at 14) and the evening one that starts at 18.30 with the singles scheduled no earlier than 21. In the Green Group there are Rafa Nadal, Casper Ruud, Felix Auger-Aliassime and Taylor Fritz, the first reserve who entered the draw after the forfeit of Carlos Alcaraz. In the Rosso Group, on the other hand, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Daniil Medvedev, Andrei Rublev and Novak Djokovic. It starts today at 14 with Ruud-Auger-Aliassime, at 21 Nadal-Fritz, tomorrow Medvedev-Rublev in the afternoon session and in the evening the debut of Novak Djokovic against Stefanos Tsitsipas. The first two of each group will qualify for the semifinals on Saturday 19th, the final on Sunday 20th at 7 pm.

Sky Sports will offer full coverage of the Finals. A total of 100 hours of live broadcast, from 11 am to 11.30 pm, with all singles and doubles matches Sky Sport Tennis, Sky Sport Uno is streaming on NOW. Live pre and post match studies from the field, links from the Fan Zone and the Circolo della Stampa where the training will take place.

Rai will show live in the clear on Rai2 one match per group day (starting tonight with Nadal-Fritz), while the final will be broadcast on RaiSport. Supertennisfinally, it will clearly propose one meeting a day deferred at 11 pm and will enrich the schedule with all the behind the scenes of the event.
