The Consulta: this is why the vaccination obligation for health care workers was legitimate

For the Constitutional Court, the anti Covid-19 vaccination obligation for healthcare workers was legitimate, proportionate and in line with scientific data. The numbers also confirm the effectiveness of vaccines in the fight against the pandemic

The Constitutional Court filed the reasons for the three sentences issued last December 1st with which he declared the rules they introduced legitimate the vaccination obligation against Covid-19 for healthcare personnel and, above all, the suspension from work of health workers who are not in compliance with the doses. In the sentences, the Consulta has highlighted some principles that are worth remembering, especially to the many No vaxes that still crowd politics, information and social networks.
