A research conducted by the Italian Society of Pediatrics with homologous European institutions, published in the Journal of Pediatrics, reveals that 14 percent of mothers share ultrasound scans with the baby bump on social networks; at one year the photos of the baby are already 300; “By the second birthday” – explains Pietro Ferrara, head of the Sip group on children’s rights – “70 percent of parents told the web about their child’s progress”. At 5, many children appear in thousands of photos on the Internet.
