Swimming, 2023 World Championships: Sunday’s program and the Azzurri in the race

The queen discipline, swimming, makes its debut at the World Championships in Fukuoka. There is immediately great interest in seeing the conditions of many expected players from the blue: Franceschi, Ceccon, Quadarella, Martinenghi, Poggi and Razzetti above all. Four medals are awarded on this first day, Italy hopes above all in the men’s 4×100 freestyle. In water polo, Japan-Serbia will be played at 11.30: the winner will face Settebello in the quarterfinals on Tuesday 25 at 10.30.
