Superbike, Bautista and Ducati dominate: hat-trick in Australia

All in the name of Alvaro Bautista and of Ducati the first Australian weekend of the world championship Superbikes. The Spaniard conquers his eighth success and is the most successful rider at Phillip Island. After the victory in race 1, Bautista – reigning world champion – won both the Superpole Race and Race 2, signing his fifth hat-trick in the world championship ahead of his box mate Michael Ruben Rinaldi. On the lowest step of the podium Andrea Locatelli (Pata Yamaha Prometeon WorldSBK) at +9″099. For the Spaniard, who had already scored a hat-trick on this track in 2019, it is the 61st podium in the world championship, for Ducati it is the number one 395.
