The government tries to reform appeals to sports justice so that the ranking cannot change during the current championship. There is in fact a revision of the rules of sporting trials in the draft of the law decree on Public administration and sport expected on Thursday in the Council of Ministers.

There are also changes to the tax treatment of capital gains of professional sports clubs and the reorganization of the discipline of mandates and proxies of the members of sports bodies. It transpires that there will be two interventions on this issue, also in view of the ruling by the Constitutional Courtexpected on July 5th. The agency reports Handle.
