Racist stickers in Frankfurt, where tonight Napoli faces Eintracht in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League (here where to watch the game). In an apparently peaceful situation on the banks of the Main, stickers have appeared on some walls calling Luciano Spalletti Napolizia’s team and its fans with discriminating and offensive epithets regarding the southerners.

Some fans were also attacked by a group belonging to the most violent fringes: there were also minor injuries and nine people were detained. In some areas of the city there is now a ban on access.

In 2018, the Eintracht ultras had been the protagonists of riots in the center of Rome on the occasion of the Europa League match against Lazio. The fans, moreover, are twinned with that of Atalanta, the historical enemy of the Neapolitan one.
