ROME – The judges of the British Court of Appeal have ruled that it is illegal to send asylum seekers to Rwanda to have their applications examined. It was sanctioned with a sentence which, in fact, deals a powerful blow with the hammer on government policy, as is underlined by a long article in the Guardian.
