Hundreds of thousands of people excluded. The numbers cited by the Parliamentary Budget Office are clear: only 58% of families that receive the RDC today will be able to receive the AdI tomorrow. The improving elements. The provision already contemplated, in its original version, some elements of improvement with respect to the RdC, such as the separation of the single allowance for children (determining a greater benefit only for some families with minors, while a good part will benefit from lower allowances, or not will benefit from it at all), or the deductible of 3,000 euros, which allows a partial accumulation of the new income from work with the subsidy. The amendments approved in the Senate introduced further elements for improvement (such as the inclusion of women victims of violence (“subjects included in the protection courses relating to gender-based violence always form a separate family unit, also for ISEE purposes”) and the reintroduction of the CAF as the venue for the presentation of applications.
