Juventus, today at Coni the sentence on the appeal against the -15: here’s what can happen

The position of Juventus

In the 99 pages of the appeal presented by Juventus, the reasons for the 15-point penalty are attacked, six more than the request of 9 made by the federal prosecutor Chiné, a sentence which, according to the lawyers, contrasts with the proportionality of the sanction. Furthermore, the reopening of the capital gains trial, for which Juventus had previously been acquitted before the acquisition, by the federal prosecutor, of the documents of the Prisma investigation, argues that the first acquittal could not be revoked. But the most solid of Juventus’ arguments centers on the right to defence: the club was penalized 15 points for a violation, the one in article 4.1, the obligation of sporting loyalty, which was not present in the referral.
