The football season is almost over, but the courts season schedule is thickening. The other charges concern the irregular relations with some agents (in particular on the signing of underage players) who would have been paid for seven years without effective intermediation activity, and the suspicious partnerships with other clubs (Sampdoria, Atalanta, Sassuolo, Udinese , Bologna and Cagliari), on which several files have been opened at other public prosecutors’ offices (the federal prosecutor’s office awaiting the papers).

The arrival of the referrals certifies that there has not been a plea bargain, or an agreement between the club and the prosecutor’s office, even if there seems to have been some discussion on the matter. it is still possible to achieve it: before the referral, the sentence is reduced by half, then it is reduced to a third, but there is also a qualitative difference between closing the story without disciplinary action having been exercised or closing in the face of a formalized dispute. At this point the dialogue between the parties will perhaps be able to restart after Monday, when the extent of the penalty will be known of the first trend, which in any case could cost the Champions League (if not the Cups). It’s hard to say what will happen next. By June, the first two degrees of the second strand could be completed with a new penalty which could also be heavy, to be applied either always to this ranking or, if there were no timing, to next year’s.

This is why the hypothesis of the plea bargain by continuously committing the offences demonstrating that they are part of the same criminal design cannot be discarded: legal technicalities allow ways out even with respect to the fact that the first trend has become final. You have to want it for.
