Had Juve’s network of relationships is also «partnership» in Tuscany: in fact, the names of Empoli, Pisa and Grossetocalled into question for past transfer deals with the club Andrea Agnelli. “These are reports dating back to professional relationships – explain the investigators in the investigation papers – and, sometimes personal, among the sports directors and managers of the respective clubs, which, in addition to endangering the loyalty of the sports competition, present a double reflection”. First: “These relationships influence the purchase/sale of players, sometimes concluded on “favorable” conditions”. Second: “Relationships result in opaque debit/credit ratios between companies.” There are no suspects among the managers of the Tuscan companiesbut the Turin prosecutors are evaluating whether to send the documents to the competent prosecutors, in the event of any news of a crime, while there is still the risk of a possible liability in terms of sports justice.

Among the papers, the most disparate negotiations appear, including the one with Pisa, for Stefano Gori, who ended up at Juve “for 3,200,000 euros” with the “simultaneous sale of Leonardo Loria to Pisa himself, for 2,508,000 euros”. Moral of the investigators: «This is essentially a mirror operation: at the time Gori could only include experience in the youth team and in the third division; the sale price appears, therefore, high in relation to the sporting context. The latter has never been employed by Juve, not even in the youth formations and, in the following transfer window of January 2021, he was loaned to Pisa himself.”. And again: the amount paid for «Loria appears to be of undoubted importance, both in relation to the sporting context and in relation to the economic context del Pisa, whose total value of the roster is around 16 million». In an intercepted phone call, the Pisa dg Giovanni Corrado (not investigated) spoke about the future of the attacker Lorenzo Lucca, discussing with the then head of the Juve technical area Fabio Paratici. It is the Juventus manager who has to explain the line: «I’ve always done it, I did it with Caldara (…) you have to let me do the operation! Trust me, I’ll do the operation for Pisa too! You just have to give me the lines, I’ll fix the rest. I’ve done it for Genoa all my life, I’ve done it for Atalanta all my life, I’ve done it for Sassuolo all my life (…) when I have the parameters, I’ll sort everything out afterwards.” And again: «Hopefully, too much money for everyone! (…) listen to me, let me do the operation».

Empoli instead jumps out in a phone call with the ds Pietro Accardi (not investigated), who almost blurts out: “The only thing I still have is the last 400,000 euros that the president is pissing me off (… ) that should be fixed”. The prosecutors explain: «“Open” debt/credit relationships emerge between the two clubs as a result of various transfer market operations carried out over the years». That is, “Juve owes Empoli around 400,000”. There is instead the vice president of Grosseto Simone Ceri (not investigated) on the phone with the Juventus manager Giovanni Manna, to try the deal with the young Marques: «He doesn’t even want to go to Serie A. We signed him from Barcelona, we paid 8 million for him, I don’t even know where to put him because he’s also a bit presumptuous».
