Inter, Inzaghi: “Championship honoured, we’re ready for Istanbul”

“We wanted to win for the club and for our wonderful fans. We consolidated our position in the table, playing a serious game and honoring the championship.” Simone Inzaghi is satisfied after the success in Turin which allows Inter to finish arithmetically ahead of Milan. “We were good at tackling the match with the right spirit. Congratulations to Torino, a highly evolved team that is always difficult to face. It wasn’t an easy victory. An assessment? We’ve also grown thanks to a few defeats. “With City we will have to know how to suffer and then take away possession”

Handanovic: “Future? I’ll think about it after the final”
