Futurist-style poster to launch the campaign for the 94th edition of the Italian GP

The Italian GP is two months away, but Monza is already flying towards the future. the idea of ​​the poster that will accompany the 94th edition of the race, scheduled for the weekend of 1-3 September. With Leclerc, Verstappen and Alonso stylized along the lines of the painting movement of the early twentieth century. Monza has always been on the F1 calendar, with the sole exception of 1980. The poster, a cult object of enthusiasts and a pillar of communication for the Grand Prix, was created by Aci. The graphics are a combination of elements from the past and the future of the circuit, which soon it will be affected by modernization works to be ready for the challenges of an increasingly global F1 (Here the new calendar).

Some characteristic structures of the racetrack stand out, such as the podium, a symbol of celebration, and the observation tower: a symbol of research and innovation. The two towers, positioned on the main straight, were in fact built in 1955, together with the High Velocit ring, with the function of informing the public of the progress of the races through a futuristic – for the times – luminous scoreboard. Then from 1997 they were transformed into hospitality. In the drawing, the three cars are launched on the main straight to indicate the direction of the Temple of speed, where in 2002 Montoya on a Williams-Bmw reached the record of 372.4 km/h.
