Fabio Fontana, inventor of the “little button” on Djokovic’s chest at Roland Garros: “This technology also cures multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. I use atoms for migraines»

«For heaven’s sake, Djokovic was already a champion before we met but thanks to our Taopatch laser technology his body now receives 24/7 luminous nourishment which allows him to be even stronger and stay away from injuries. The “little button” that you saw on his chest in the Roland Garros photos is only part of the system, a second one that was not photographed was applied behind his back, in correspondence with the seventh vertebra where there is a crucial neuromere for well-being ».

Brought to the fore by foreign newspapers (Le Parisien And The Sun above all) and bounced between websites and blogs (not always with flattering comments, to tell the truth), that of Fabio Fontana from Enego, Vicenza, has become a virtual but cumbersome presence at the Parisian tournament since Novak Djokovic revealed that he uses a technological «device» that makes it invincible like Ironman, the Taopatch indeedand of which Fontana claims paternity.

A claim with some distinction. «Of the times and methods of our agreement – explains Fontana al Courier — I’m not allowed to reveal anything: it was Novak who brought it up and I have to respect a confidentiality clause. It’s up to him and the team to say how long he’s been using it, maybe he will after the next meeting. I can only tell you that this has been going on for quite some time and that this technology should be used by informed professionals, therefore next to him is someone who has followed our courses and knows how to position and use it».

The problem — in the face of those who speak of imaginative or laughable scientific theses regarding the operating principles of the device — is to figure out what the hell is inside this little button taped to his chest and back of the Serbian phenomenon, which costs almost 300 euros. Fontana tries to explain it to us: «Inside there is a laser that emits a coherent light where each photon is the same as the other. Light with a few watts travels in phase and enters deep into the body. It’s not a real ray of light, no, imagine it as a microchip: there are quantum dots, quantum dots invented to emit stable light and are also used in TV screens
. The light comes out of the entire device projecting itself towards the inside of the body. The patch is less than a millimeter thick, once the two layers of medical polyester have been removed, everything fits in half a millimeter».

Ok, let’s assume we get it: a sandwich half a millimeter thick and stuffed with «micro balls composed of complex atoms bonded in a structure that forms a thin layer, very expensive, from 100 to 11 thousand euros per gram. We buy them ready and assemble them according to our patents» explains Fontana. How it feeds this light? “With body heat and with the sun coming through your clothes. The sun is good for you, we all know it”.

Ok, but what is all this for a tennis player? Fountain again: «Novak gets light nourishment 24/7, more light means more adenosine triphosphate

in circulation. The taopatch radiates micro nourishment towards the body near, medium and far infrared light and this light cure pain: for example I used it because I suffered from migraine
and I passed. We are the only company in the world who can use this super-patented technology to produce therapeutic light with a device made by us in Castelfranco Veneto which also uses sufferers of multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s».

In support of the thesis, there are on the company website five scientific studies carried out by physiotherapists in the hospitals of Catania and Palermo where Taopatch was used to treat (in combination with physical activity and physiotherapy) sufferers of multiple sclerosis and brain pathologies. Researchers notice improvements (even if the number of patients is very small)but can’t tell if these can be attributed to physical therapy or the magic button.

Who is Fontana?

Fontana’s curriculum is at least curious. Forty-two years old, with a diploma in technical expert, he worked for years in the family hardware store in Enego, dealing with antennas and household appliances. “Then – she explains – I moved to Rome to hunt for electromagnetic waves (yes) that I fell in love with. I have done many courses and taken several diplomas in neuropathy and then I set up my business». There are no degrees (except an honoris causa from Locke University of Nevada) but “now I’m enrolled in biology because I want to continue improving my skills”. His Tao Technologies srls has one tiny share capital (950 euros), 20 employees and declares a turnover of three million euros.

Fontana has been fighting his own for some time personal battle against those who call him a modern sorcerer, after having examined the products and having seen the videos with which he evangelizes the followers of his crowded courses (Taopatch Academy, next June 16 in Castello di Godego, Treviso) to become the “official applicator” of the patch. The battle is not always successful. On 18 May 2018, the Civil Court of Padua declared him unsuccessful against a blogger he had sued asking for the removal of an article very critical of the Taopatch. The judge justified the decision with the fact that “the right to criticize misleading informationinaccurate, incomplete or wrong about the functioning of a therapeutic product takes on the character of the social relevance of the topic».
