The result is that today 90% of travelers pass security checks within three minutes and ensure punctual arrivals and departures for over 99% of daily flights.

Thanks to these levels of service, Fiumicino Airport has recently been classified as “Best airport in Europe with over 40 million passengers” from Airports Council International (Aci) for the sixth consecutive year. Fiumicino has also received a 5-star airport rating from Skytrax earlier this year, making it the second European airport to achieve this rating.
